Terms of service

1.  All goods must be paid for in advance, preferred method of payment is debit or credit card. All trackside parts must be paid in full before the end of the event via credit or debit card. Accounts not settled maybe subject to a 5% administration charge.

2.  We will make every effort to make parts available at the trackside shop located at the UK Legends Cars Race Parts Ltd truck at National race meetings. In addition to this, parts can be ordered via the web store and shipped via courier. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods on time. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

3. In the event of non compliance with the championship rule book or commercial undertakings the championship co-coordinator (UK Legends Cars Ltd) can instruct the company to withhold supply of all parts to the competitor.

4. Competition goods are supplied for specialist use and are subject to extreme heat and stress whilst in use. Life expectancy and durability are greatly reduced and purchasers should note that any claim for failure/wear, shall not be entertained by the Company. It is acknowledged by the buyer of such goods that the foregoing statement shall be a relevant and important issue in any claim brought against the Company and the Company shall, in turn, place importance upon this clause. In addition, parts connected to parts supplied by this company may be placed under stress where specialist/competition parts are used, and purchasers should take advice from experts prior to purchase. No guarantee is given on parts used in competition races, practice or testing.

5. UK Legends Cars Race Parts Ltd makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written, to purchasers. There is no warranty of merchantability made to purchasers. UK Legends Cars Race Parts Ltd further excludes any implied warranty of fitness with respect to racing and equipment, any and all inventory, and service. There are no warranties, race cars and race car parts are sold “as is”. All warranties are disclaimed. UK Legends Cars Race Parts Ltd and USLC disclaim all implied warranties including without limitation the implied warranties of “merchantability” Or “fitness for purpose” or “non infringement” or warranties relating to the design, production, sale, performance or durability of the individual products, parts, processes, systems, elements, software or additions.

6. It is expressly understood and agreed between purchasers and UK Legends Cars Race Parts Ltd that as part of the bargain between UK Legends Cars Race Parts Ltd and purchasers, and in consideration of doing business with each other, all purchasers take, select and purchase said racing parts, equipment, any and all inventory, or services from UK Legends Cars Race Parts Ltd “as is” and “with all faults” and UK Legends Cars Race Parts Ltd shall always provide purchasers with a full and complete opportunity to examine, at purchasers’ leisure and convenience, any racing parts, and equipment, any and all inventory, or services when purchasing or contemplating purchasing from UK Legends Cars Race Parts Ltd. 

If, and in the event that purchasers expressly or impliedly cause representations, or statements or affirmations of fact contrary to this disclaimer of all warranties, expressed or implied, then purchasers agree to indemnify and hold Legends Cars Race Parts Ltd in the event of any claim, demand or legal action against Legends Cars Race Parts Ltd by any purchaser.

Purchasers understand and agree that no officer, director, employee, or salesman of Legends Cars Race Parts Ltd has any authority to make any statement contrary to the terms of this agreement. On the contrary UK Legends Cars Race Parts Ltd disavows any statement contrary to what is herein above written

7. The company (UK Legends Cars Race Parts Ltd and/or UK Legends Cars Ltd) accepts no liability in respect of failure to supply or other interruptions caused by matters beyond the reasonable control of the company, including but without limitation, strikes, lockouts, civil disputes, acts of God, war or actions by third parties.

8. The Buyer is required to notify the company, in writing, of any shortage, misdelivery or other discrepancy immediately, or at the latest within seven days of such shortage, misdelivery or failure, thereafter the buyer shall be liable for any such discrepancy. Where delivery is effected to the buyers own independent delivery contractor, loss or damage in transit claims should be made directly to the carrier. The company will assist purchasers in making their claim. Buyers should retain all packaging in the event of a claim or return within the terms of this agreement.

9. The Buyer confirms that he shall comply with any or all rules and instructions relating to installation and use of the product concerned and fully accepts that any loss which results from forced, misdirected, inappropriate or unqualified installation or use shall not be accepted by the Company.

10. The title in goods supplied remains the property of UK Legends Cars Race Parts Ltd until payment is received in          full. Additionally the Seller reserves the right of entry to the Buyers premises for the purpose of repossession of the goods at any time where the price remains outstanding or any other sum owing by the Buyer to the Seller has not been paid. This clause to stand in the event of Bankruptcy, Winding-up resolution, or the appointment of a Receiver or Liquidator.
